Ube Coal Center
Ube Coal Center is one of the largest coal relay stations in Japan. It stores coal, petroleum coke and biomass fuels (PKS and PBT®) transported from different places around the world and delivers them to our facilities as well as to customers mainly in western Japan, but also in the rest of Japan. In response to customers' requests, we carry out coal blending and screening services.

Ube Coal Center is operated in consideration of the global environment even as its functionality is enhanced. (Certified under the ISO 14001 standard for environmental management systems in March 2000)
Putting workers' safety first, it also considers occupational health and safety. (Certified under the ISO 45001 standard for occupational health and safety management systems in March 2007)
